2. Cover
The Insurer covers fire, water damage, theft and storm damage to the Insured Home.
5. Water damage
Water damage is excluded where the Home has been unoccupied for more than 7 consecutive days.
7. Excess
An excess of €750 applies to each claim.
12. Cancellation
The Policyholder may cancel at any time after the first year, with one month’s notice.
